SANCERRE - from the Sancerre wine-growing area of Orleans, this bright, lemon-yellow wine has a silvery sparkle and a distinctive aroma. The taste is rich and smooth and lingers in the mouth. Best served chilled; it is an ideal accompaniment to fish, seafood and cheese dishes

POUILLY FUME – From the Loire Valley south of Orleans, this is a crisps, dry, aromatic wine with hints of capsicum and blackcurrants on the nose and palate. Serve chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood, fish and white meats

FLEURIE - This Fleurie is the best known Cru of the Beaujolais Appellation. Made exclusively from Gamay grape variety this wine this wine develops a fresh, floral, and fragrant style with violet and redcurrant aromas. Ideal as an accompaniment to barbecues and cheeses.

CHABLIS - This wine originates from the north of the Burgundy Region. Chablis wine is produced exclusively from the Chardonnay grape. The vineyards are planted on limestone resulting in one of the best French white wines, crisp, steely and refreshing. Served lightly chilled, this wine is an ideal accompaniment to seafood fish, chicken and
creamy cheeses.

POUILLY FUISSE - Planted exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, the Pouilly Fuisse vineyards are situated on clay sand slopes covering limestone subsoil resulting in one of the best white Burgundies. Fresh and crisp with a creamy finish, serve lightly chilled as an aperitif or as an excellent accompaniment to seafood, fish dishes, rich cheeses and salad.

CHABLIS PREMIER CRU - This wine originates from the Chablis area of France, where the cool climate and unique chalky clay soil combine to produce this dry and elegant wine from the Chardonnay grape. The Chablis Premier Cru Fourchaume is fresh and flinty on the nose with an elegant full fruity finish. Serve lightly chilled, it is delicious as an aperitif or to accompany fish and poultry.

CHATEAUNEUF DU PAPE
- this is a full bodied, spicy wine, with powerful aromas. Originating from the Rhone Valley, a region with a dry and sunny climate that is swept by the “Mistral”, the famous wind that blows down the valley. Low yielding vines give this wine remarkable harmony and balance; qualities that are enhanced by a period of ageing in oak barrels, prior to bottling.
